Sai Venkata Narayana Society is an NGO in India working for Education, Skill Development, Tribal Empowerment & Ethno-Medical Therapies at East Godavari — committed to expanding gender equity and youth development across every strategic plan, process, policy, programme and activity we run. Our core values: respect, integrity, commitment and excellence.
We operate under Government flagship programmes including the Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development in Andhra Pradesh (SEEDAP), the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Society (APSSDC), PMKVY, MRSRLM, MPSSDEGB, ESSC, FSSCI and MSME — led by Sri Ramkrishna Rao Raipureddy, a businessman, educationist, industrialist and public figure.
SVNS exists to meet India's growing need for skilled manpower across sectors, closing the gap between employment-oriented education and the demand of a modern economy. We offer end-to-end training and skill development that improves business productivity and enhances youth employability.
We're present in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Odisha, Kerala and Karnataka — and have taken part in pilot projects under the Digital Literacy Programme.
We've trained and created placement opportunities in IT-ITES, Logistics, Healthcare, Textiles, Electronics and Food sectors, while keeping a steady focus on rural and urban youth across national and state skilling initiatives.

SVNS has consistently worked to uphold equal rights and opportunity for all youth and women, encompassing dignity and justice for all. We've embedded 'Gender Equity and Diversity' as a core objective in our performance assessment, run design frameworks for external interventions at multiple levels, and organised workshops for women facilitators across Andhra Pradesh to carry these values to every stakeholder.
Our recruitment team attracts candidates and matches them to temporary or permanent roles with client companies. We build relationships to properly understand requirements, screen and interview candidates, run background checks, and place them — always weighing the future prospects and aspirations of both company and candidate.
We favour a relationship-based quality model over a quantity model, which is how we consistently deliver the best available talent. Our learning centres, spread across rural and urban locations, build employability skills aligned to real industry need — helping bridge the talent gap that industries continue to struggle with.
Our Skill Certification Scheme exists to enable large numbers of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant training that leads to a better livelihood, and we offer training and development solutions to individuals, enterprises and institutions alike.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals from the skill industry — spanning training, operations and placement leadership — united by one intention: bringing every part of the skilling journey onto a single platform for the learner.
